Our most popular head for Mcculloch curved shaft trimmers NOTE! your old head should have a bump knob or screw on the bottom that you have to remove in order to refill with string. IF NOT you may need # 7897 this is for the models that have no threads at all. If after you remove the string head and all you see is a solid 3/8 black shaft with no threads in the middle you know you need # 27-7897 which you can find on this web page. So make sure before you order.
